Low Fat Cheese Sauce
Much lower in calories, but still natural and decent tasting.
Ingredients
- 100 grams fat free cottage cheese
- 50 grams reduced fat cheddar cheese blend
- 10 grams grated parmesean cheese
- 1 slice American cheese
- 20 grams fat free evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- few shakes pepper or cajun seasoning
- ground chipotle pepper (optional)
Directions
- Add everything into food processor or blender jar. Process until smooth.
- Heat in microwave safe bowl for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, just until hot and melty. Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately.
