Ingredients

  • 100 grams fat free cottage cheese
  • 50 grams reduced fat cheddar cheese blend
  • 10 grams grated parmesean cheese
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 20 grams fat free evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • few shakes pepper or cajun seasoning
  • ground chipotle pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Add everything into food processor or blender jar. Process until smooth.
  2. Heat in microwave safe bowl for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, just until hot and melty. Do not overcook.
  3. Serve immediately.
