When I want candy but I don’t want to go to the store.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sucralose
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (1 graham cracker sheet, crushed)

Chocolate Topping

  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Directions

  1. Mix margarine and peanut butter in small ramekin until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Add sucralose and stir to mix.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs, and mix until well combined.
  5. Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, until firm.
  6. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Alternate microwaving for 10-15 seconds and stirring, until chocolate is completely melted.
  7. Smooth chocolate over peanut butter mixture.
  8. Cool in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, until chocolate is firm.
